III. Write three paragraphs about your opinion on the most relaxing activity you found in this vocabulary.

I think gardening is one of the most relaxing activity because you neded to be carefull an it takes a lot of patience to do it. Taking a lot of care of the plants bring satisfaction and sense of achievement.

Doing Yoga is also too relaxing because involves body and mind and its purpose is taking control over the mind and learning how to breathe.

The other one that i think is relaxing is swimming, because in my opinion to be able to stay in the watter, even when we are not swimming just for the feeling and making anything within is pretty cool.
